We provide professional dog grooming with a strong focus on comfort, coat health, and a positive experience for every dog. To complete the experience, we offer spa-style extras such as paw balm, deodorizing spritzes, and seasonal accessories.

Full Groom

Our full grooming packages include a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, tailored haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, teeth gel, and conditioning where needed, ensuring dogs leave looking and feeling their best.

Mini Grooms

This service inclues a bath and brush/shed, nails, teeth tratmemt, ear cleaing, plus any night tidying or shedding. Also perfect for welcoming young dogs with a gentle puppy introductory groom designed to help them build confidence and get used to the grooming process.

Bath and Brush

For dogs who only need freshening up, our bath & brush service offers a thorough wash, blow-dry, brush-out, with optional add-ons such as teeth gel, ear cleaning and nail trimming.

Nail Trimming

Regular nail care is essential for your dog’s comfort and mobility, and we take great care to make the experience as stress-free as possible. During each nail trim, we carefully cut the nails as short as we can while keeping your dog relaxed and secure, with two members of staff on hand to support and steady them throughout the process. Where needed, we also use a Dremel to smooth the nails and safely take them even shorter, helping to prevent sharp edges and improve overall paw comfort

Teeth Cleaning

Perfect for keeping your dogs canines spotless, we offer teeth cleaning services beyond our standard teeth gel. We use a sonic tooth brush and an enzymatic tooth paste to give them a good clean.

Note: this treatment may not suitable for all dogs and is subject to your stylist's discretion. If your dog requires a full descale, please contact your veterinary team.

Specific Coat
Requirements

For breeds that shed heavily, we provide deshedding treatments to lighten the load. We provide a hand-stripping service for dogs with wire/dead coats, and medicated shampoo for dry or sensitive skin.

As per UK legislation and our policy, if any matting cannot be brushed out within 15 minutes then your stylist may clip the coat short for the pet's comfort. Your pet and their comfort is always our top priority when in our care. Please note that this may be subject to additional charges if applicable.

Terms and conditions

1. General Agreement

By booking an appointment with Red Dog Grooming, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all pets and clients using our grooming services.

2. Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be healthy and free of contagious conditions (including fleas, ticks, ringworm, or kennel cough) at the time of grooming. Pets will be refused and the appointemnt will still be charged.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations as required by local regulations.
Owners are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or behavioral concerns before grooming.
we do not groom dogs in season. Please rearrange your booking as soon as you notice and signs. If they come to us in season they will be refused and the appointment will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop grooming if a dog shows signs of illness or poses a risk to staff or itself.

3. Aggressive or Difficult Behavior

Owners must inform us of any history of aggression, biting, or anxiety.
Dogs that become aggressive or unsafe may be stopped mid-groom for their safety and ours.
Muzzles may be used when necessary.
Additional fees may apply for difficult or aggressive behavior.

4. Flea & Tick Policy

If fleas or ticks are found:

A flea treatment fee may be applied.
Grooming may be stopped or modified to prevent spread.

5. Matting Policy

Severely matted coats may require shaving for the dog’s comfort and safety.
Mat removal can cause skin irritation, redness, or minor nicks, which the owner accepts as a risk.
Additional fees may apply for excessive matting.

6. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full, including the remaining balance.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

7. Late Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy

Dogs must be picked up promptly once grooming is completed.
Late pick-ups may incur a late fee after 15 minutes.
If you arrive more the 15 minutes late dropping off your pet then the groom may be cancelled and still charged.

8. Owner Presence Policy

Pet owners are not permitted to stay during grooming appointments.
Exceptions may be made only at the groomer’s request when necessary for the pet’s safety and wellbeing.

9. Senior, Special Needs & Pregnant Dogs

Senior dogs and dogs with medical or special needs are groomed at the owner’s risk.
We do not groom pregnant dogs under any circumstances.
Owners are responsible for notifying us if their dog is or may be pregnant.

10. Accidents, Injury & Emergency Care

Grooming tools are sharp, and despite all precautions, minor injuries may occur, especially with moving, anxious, or matted dogs.
In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

11. Pricing & Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

Prices are a guideline only and may vary based on coat condition, size, behavior, matting, time required, or special handling needs.
Additional fees may apply, and final pricing is determined after assessment of the dog.

12. Photos & Marketing

Unless otherwise stated, Red Dog Grooming may take photos or videos of your pet for social media or promotional use. Please notify us if you do not consent.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any pet or owner for safety, health, behavioral, or policy-related reasons.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
